Second technique session: Estudio, by Emili Pujol
Emili Pujol, a prominent Tarrega’s pupil, was the person who collected his teachings in several books. But in plus, he designs a singular method to learn guitar based on his own work as a performer and as a teacher. This method is the best I know, and I recommend always have on hand, because it is very effective. With it, we will work both the right and left hands, from the beginning
TechSes2 from Montse ARDEVOL on Vimeo.Their method was published in four volumes in a single bilingual edition (so far) in French and Spanish. The substantial part of the method is in volume II and III, the remainder being contributions on the history of the guitar.
Emilio Pujol: Escuela razonada de la guitarra : basada en los principos de la técnica de Tárrega Type: Spanish : Book Publisher: Buenos Aires : Ricordi Americana, ©1954. OCLC 55156339
This book is hard to find today, and for this reason, and as a exception, I had included a copy of the score here.
As you will found, it is a music to be played daily. Enjoy it!

A very nice scale study which can be used for i-m and m-a fingers of the right hand which I intend to start practicing daily. Can one use this study for the right hand thumb (pulgar) as well or are there better studies for the right hand thumb?

Hi Montserrat,
I love your music, I watched it on Youtube. You play beautifully and produce a lovely tone.
I also visited your website [address given on Youtube] I could not watch the 2 technique sessions in English. The page did not have anything except the title of each Technique Session.
I really love to watch them but can’t. I don’t speak Spanish and can only guess some of what you said by looking at your demonstration on Youtube’s Video.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful music on Youtube,
Best wishes,
Mel
